Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a large manufacturing site, delivering results in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. You will manage people, equipment, and processes, align with our values, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including a Plant Manager role.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Technology.
Experience delivering operational and leadership results as a Plant Manager.
Experience starting up and commissioning new equipment or production lines.
Strong leadership in continuous improvement environments.

Responsibilities

Establish targets for KPI's (safety, quality, cost, productivity) and drive the balanced scorecard.
Lead culture development and inclusion initiatives; drive change.
Create short and long-term strategies with clear roadmaps for success.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor performance of direct reports and teams; foster trust and ownership.
Demonstrate financial acumen with P&L management and cost control.
