Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience supporting manufacturing operations and capital projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs, electrical schematics, control system drawings, and AutoCAD.
• Lean manufacturing, TPM, or similar continuous-improvement experience.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex capital projects from concept through startup and closeout.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Identify and implement engineering solutions to improve safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead root-cause investigations, equipment troubleshooting, and feasibility studies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses and improve operational performance.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, equipment suppliers, engineering firms, contractors, and stakeholders.
