Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Plant/Site Maintenance & Facilities Leader for the Forest Park facility. You will guide the maintenance teams, shape site objectives, and drive reliability and efficiency across the plant.

As part of the Site Leadership Team, you will manage CMMS, project execution, and continuous improvement, coordinating with engineering, R&D, and procurement to optimize assets and processes.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (PE desirable).
• 8+ years experience in a plant/manufacturing environment, including 5 years in maintenance management with multi-shift teams.
• Strong technical aptitude with PM/PMO knowledge and packaging equipment understanding.
• Budget planning with basic accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities including coaching and performance planning.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, environmental, cost and production simultaneously.
• Collaborative work style with maintenance, engineering, R&D, procurement to develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies for the plant
• Lead maintenance leaders and multi-shift teams
• Oversee CMMS, work orders, breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Drive maintenance excellence and TPM initiatives
• Coordinate capital projects and asset care tasks
• Communicate plans and progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Support new product initiatives and plant readiness
• Ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective operations
