Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Food Science, Engineering, Science, or similar disciplines.
• 5-10 years’ experience in Plant Management and 5-10 years in supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Safety Programs/Systems HAACP, GMPs, sanitation and maintenance, and Lean improvements.
• Demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in high volume/high mix environments; food (baking) experience preferred.
• Experience with budgets and financial statements; P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete operation of the manufacturing facility and ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Lead Lean initiatives, root-cause analysis, and daily continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals; justify investments.
• Plan capital projects, long-range strategy, and succession planning; manage resources and timelines.
• Mentor and develop managers and supervisors; drive daily management processes and KPI delivery.
