Job summary

A global food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at their facility in Western Ohio. This role requires more than 10 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, strong continuous improvement expertise, and a stable job history. The manager will handle budget responsibilities, ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, and develop employee training programs. Competitive base salary of $165-175k with annual bonus potential and relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive management experience in food manufacturing or processing.
• Stable job history with long job tenures.
• Expert knowledge of Continuous Improvement (TPS/Lean) practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Plant operations budget and control departmental costs.
• Develop employee training and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide a safe workplace.
• Maintain quality systems for high-quality product delivery.
• Establish strong customer relationships and meet service expectations.
