Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) or more years of management experience leading and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, maintaining a consistent presence on the production floor.
• Manage a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment with multiple product lines and complex assembly requirements across thousands of part numbers.
• Ensure effective material flow by partnering with supply chain and planning teams to address constraints, improve kitting processes, and minimize production disruptions.
• Oversee assembly, sub-assembly, test, and shipping operations to ensure efficient throughput and adherence to customer requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems to ensure accurate transactional flow including receiving, inventory management, picking, and line-side delivery.
