Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee plant operations for efficiency, safety, and performance.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
3. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Manage maintenance via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
5. Maintain compliance with SQF and HACCP standards.
6. Coordinate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure product quality.
7. Manage documentation to meet regulatory standards.
8. Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.
9. Develop and oversee budgets efficiently.
10. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
2. 10+ years of plant management experience in dairy or food processing industries.
3. Experience with SOPs, CMMS, SQF, and HACCP standards.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
7. Budget and resource management experience.
8. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
