Job summary

Qualifications

• Executive or senior manufacturing leadership experience within a precision machining, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products environment.
• Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain.
• Full P&L ownership experience, including budgeting, financial planning, cost management, capital investments, and overall business performance.
• Strong background in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or metalworking operations.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance and make strategic operational decisions.
• Experience building strong customer relationships while partnering across sales, engineering, and operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at every level of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
