Job summary

Idaho Pacific Holdings is seeking a Plant Maintenance Tech III to support all shifts and departments. The role emphasizes safety, LOTO, GMP/food safety, and OSHA training as part of daily duties in a 24/7 processing plant.

You will perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across all equipment, including boiler-related tasks, with documentation and budget-tracking responsibilities using Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude in a plant environment.
• Must hold LOTO, Confined Space, and Forklift Safety certifications.
• Own hand tools with a lockable toolbox.
• Able to read equipment manuals and schematics.
• Shift work, overtime and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair processing equipment.
• Replace bearings, seals, motors and gearboxes as needed.
• Perform preventive, corrective, emergency and safety maintenance.
• Keep accurate maintenance documentation and records.
• Use COGZ to generate work orders and PMs.
