Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of operations leadership in sophisticated manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of operations leadership experience.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background.
• Experience with FDA-regulated, cGMP, ISO 13485 or similar quality systems.
• Budget management and operating cost control expertise.
• Strategic and annual operating plan development.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience with quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• KPIs and data-driven process improvement expertise.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Change management leadership.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% as required.
