Lead Plant Finance Business Partner position at Entegris in Bedford, MA overseeing financial leadership for three manufacturing plants: Bedford, Reno, and Danbury. You will drive planning, cost accounting, and performance management in close partnership with site leadership and the Materials Solutions Division.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and expertise in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including manufacturing/operational finance or cost accounting.
Experience supporting plant operations and manufacturing leadership teams across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial planning processes.
Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI and data analytics preferred.
Ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis and business partnership.
Strong communication and presentation skills; translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
Willingness to travel to Bedford, MA plant and other sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the finance lead and partner for Bedford, Reno, and Danbury plants, guiding financial strategy and performance.
Develop and execute initiatives to improve profitability, productivity, and working capital.
Lead annual operating plan, budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning for three plants.
Own plant cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Direct month-end and year-end close, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting.
Develop financial models to support capacity planning, labor strategies, and investments.
Monitor KPIs across plants and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
Drive cost reduction opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives with ops and engineering.
Provide financial leadership for inventory management and working capital improvement.
Support pricing, sourcing, make-versus-buy, and product profitability analyses.
Lead ROI/NPV/IRR analyses for capital expenditures and monitor project performance.
