Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a seasoned finance professional to partner with the Plant Manager. You will provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to support operational decisions and profitability.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and KPI reporting, while collaborating with operations, supply chain, and engineering to drive cost reductions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial/analytical/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Plant Manager, providing financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial plans to achieve targets and customer requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing performance and cost variances to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Coordinate annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning for the plant.
• Ensure inventory transactions and fixed asset accounting accuracy and compliance.
