Job summary

You will lead a large team, collaborate with senior leaders, and travel regularly to plant locations to ensure financial discipline and strategic execution across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive finance experience, with manufacturing or plant operations exposure.
• Demonstrated experience leading finance for a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Strong experience partnering with supply chain and procurement organizations.
• Experience driving reporting transformation, systems improvement, or finance modernization.
• Analytical and financial modeling skills to translate data into insights.
• Strategic thinker connecting plant-level detail to enterprise results.
• Structured, organized approach to a large, complex reporting environment.
• Bias for action with ability to drive change across a distributed organization.
• Proven track record of leading large, geographically distributed finance teams.
• Collaborative partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and executive presence to influence leaders.
• Autonomy with strong CFO alignment and travel willingness.
• Willingness to travel regularly to plant locations across the network.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance for the network of manufacturing plants, guiding strategic financial leadership across operations, supply chain and procurement.
• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting for all plant operations in alignment with AOP.
• Standardize financial processes, controls, and reporting across plants; develop KPI framework.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with plant leadership; provide cost, productivity and margin insights.
• Partner with supply chain, procurement, and IT to embed financial rigor in decisions and systems.
• Develop and maintain financial models for make-vs-buy, network optimization, and capex ROI.
• Drive capital planning and productivity improvements; manage plant capital expenditures.
• Deliver actionable plant- and enterprise-level insights to leadership and the board.
• Mentor a large distributed finance team; build talent pipelines for plant finance roles.
