MI Windows and Doors LLC in Flower Mound, TX, seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety programs for a 600+ employee manufacturing site. You will design training, promote continuous improvement of EHS systems, and drive regulatory compliance to reduce incidents.

The role is heavily plant-floor focused with reporting and data entry duties. Strong communication, root-cause analysis, and leadership without authority are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years leading a comprehensive EHS program in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations and industry requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all organizational levels.
• Experience training small and large groups and auditing EHS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to protect employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee workers' compensation matters.
• Promote continuous improvement of EHS systems to reduce incidents.
• Provide guidance on ergonomic and safety improvements through data analysis.
• Lead investigations and communicate corrective actions for incidents and near misses.
• Spend ~70% on the plant floor and 30% in the office for reporting and data entry.
