You will develop weekly operation reports, analyze yield and labor, and assist with standard cost updates across plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Five+ years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment, including ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute weekly operations reports and recaps for the Operations and Finance management teams.
• Conduct Daily Yield and Labor Analysis meetings with the plant Operations team.
• Set up and maintain new finished goods items for plants, ensuring costs for raw materials are updated.
• Provide finished goods cost analysis to Sales for new or changed items with appropriate plant structures.
• Implement year-end standard changes in the software pertaining to formula changes, labor/overhead adjustments, and raw material costs.
• Assist with a range of accounting tasks as required.
• Develop solid working relationships with coworkers and support all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
