Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Plant Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing finance team. The role focuses on daily and weekly cost reporting, yield and labor analysis, and finished goods costing for assigned plants and warehouses.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and at least five years of manufacturing finance experience, including ERP usage, with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Five or more years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience with ERP systems.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute weekly operations reports and recaps for Operations and Finance management.
• Conduct daily yield and labor analysis meetings with plant Operations.
• Set up and maintain finished goods items for plants, updating raw material costs.
• Provide finished goods cost analysis to Sales for new items and changes.
• Implement year-end standard changes in cost accounting software and formulas.
• Assist with a range of accounting tasks as needed.
• Build solid working relationships with coworkers and support stakeholders.
