Monogram-Management-Services-Inc is seeking an experienced Plant Cost Accountant in Chandler, MN to support the Operations and Finance teams with daily and weekly cost and operations reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years in a manufacturing setting with ERP experience.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial results across organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Five or more years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment, including ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute weekly operations reports and recaps for the Operations and Finance management teams.
• Conduct Daily Yield and Labor Analysis meetings with the plant Operations team.
• Set up and maintain new finished goods items for plants, ensuring costs for raw materials are updated.
• Provide finished goods cost analysis for Sales on new items or changes to existing items.
• Implement year-end standard changes in software pertaining to formula changes, labor/overhead adjustments, and raw material costs.
• Assist with a range of accounting tasks as required.
• Develop solid working relationships with coworkers and support all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
