Job summary

VoltaGrid is seeking a Plant Engineer to oversee the technical, operational, reliability, and safety performance of a designated power facility. You will act as the senior on-site engineering authority, lead troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance optimization to maximize uptime and safety.

The role requires collaboration with plant personnel, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable operations and regulatory compliance across facilities and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in power generation, industrial operations, or plant engineering.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for plant operations, equipment, and processes.
• Monitor performance, respond to interruptions, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for disruptions and develop reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
