Job summary

Trex Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Plant Controller for the Little Rock, AR campus. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, and ensure GAAP/SOX compliance across controls and policies.

You will lead cost analyses, variance reviews, and financial presentations, collaborating with operations to optimize spend and profitability while safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• We are looking for leaders with a B.S. in accounting, finance, and/or economics and 10+ years in commercial and financial leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience leading finance teams in a large, manufacturing-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with US GAAP and SOX controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead spend analysis, variance analysis, and mid-month operating performance reporting.
• Forecasting, budgeting, KPI management and reporting for the plant.
• Advise plant management on financial implications of operating strategies and decisions.
• Develop policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide training on controls.
• Partner with operations to optimize repairs, maintenance spending, and cost control.
