Trex Company in Little Rock, AR seeks a Senior Plant Controller to lead controllership for the campus, reporting to Director of Manufacturing Controllership and plant manager. The role emphasizes proactive outreach to operations, driving superior performance through spend analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

You will set the tone for internal controls, develop US GAAP compliant policies, maintain standard costs, and partner with operations on cost optimization.

Qualifications

• BS in accounting, finance, or economics required.
• 10+ years in commercial and financial leadership roles in manufacturing.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with JDE and OneStream.

• Serve as a business partner with operations and conduct training and coaching opportunities on controls, policies, and financial metrics.
• Partner with plant manager and plant management team to achieve all business objectives, making tradeoff analysis and conducting ad-hoc analysis as plant situations change.
• Advise plant management on financial implications of operating strategies, actions, and decisions.
• Work closely with operations to ensure robust planning and analysis to support repairs and maintenance spending focusing on controls and cost optimization.
• Initiate and manage financial analysis and focus on opportunities for profit improvement and financial operating performance while ensuring accuracy.
