Baxter International is hiring for a Plant Controller in Jayuya, Puerto Rico. You will lead the site’s finance function, partner with site leadership, and drive end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and governance for a facility with multi-million-dollar production and a sizable workforce.

Bring 7+ years of manufacturing finance leadership, strong costing, budgeting, and forecasting skills, and a proven ability to influence across functions in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in manufacturing finance or related leadership roles.
• Strong costing, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning knowledge.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization and cross-functional influence.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Excellent communication and leadership across levels of the organization.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance leader and business partner for the Jayuya site.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly closes.
• Ensure GAAP, SOX compliance and maintain site P&L and balance sheet.
• Provide timely reporting of performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with operations to improve manufacturing performance and working capital.
• Support capital planning and on-time, on-budget investments.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements through CI initiatives.
• Develop financial acumen across finance and non-finance teams and collaborate with FP&A, Global ISC, COEs, and shared services.
