Job summary

Baxter in Jayuya, Puerto Rico seeks a Plant Controller to act as the senior finance leader for the site and financial partner to the Plant Leader and Solutions Group Controller. You will function as the site's CFO, guiding end-to-end supply chain decisions and governance for a facility with about $144M in annual production value and a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years in manufacturing finance, plant finance, or related leadership.
• Strong costing, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning knowledge.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance leader and business partner for the Jayuya site.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes.
• Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance and maintain P&L and balance sheet ownership.
• Provide timely reporting of performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
