You will partner with the Plant Manager and operations, drive budgeting/forecasting, cost optimization, and ensure financial accuracy across production and inventory processes.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing finance, strong costing expertise, and effective cross-functional leadership. Onsite role with comprehensive U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in finance/accounting/economics.
• MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred for progression
• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the Batesville plant, including month-, quarter-, and year-end close.
• Serve as the primary financial partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership.
• Oversee plant costing, variance analysis, and inventory control.
• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Analyze manufacturing performance metrics and drive improvements with operations.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX/compliance.
• Champion process automation and standardized reporting across plant finance.
