Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis.
• Ability to drive change in a complex, global, matrixed organization.
• Experience communicating effectively at all levels and building business cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy compliance, ensuring accuracy of P&L and balance sheet.
• Lead month-end close, weekly pulses, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Provide financial insights to maximize plant performance and support decisions.
• Drive achievement of operating income, cash flow, and manufacturing variances.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enable continuous improvement and profitable growth.
