As a key player on the Senior Leadership Team, this individual will ensure financial compliance, manage financial reporting, and provide insights to enhance plant performance. A background in manufacturing finance is essential, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
• Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and lead change in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant-level GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy compliance.
• Lead financial reporting activities including month-end close.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational decisions.
