Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction technology, engineering technology, architecture, or related field with 7+ years in building/engineering activities.
• At least 5 years in plan examination and 3 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, supervise, and review work of technical staff and inspectors.
• Review residential and commercial site plans for compliance with codes and ordinances.
• Coordinate plan reviews and prepare oral and written reports.
• Maintain plan review records and support budget performance.
