Job description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Plans Reviewer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Clearwater, FL. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay is $39-42/hr to start!
• 1- year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget.
• Monday – Friday (100% Onsite )
• This position is responsible for assigning plans to review for a time period consistent with an eight-hour day.
• Utilize the Florida Building Code to complete plans review and provide a professional opinion to the client as to whether the plans conform, or do not conform, to the Florida building code.
• Provide results to the client in accordance with the client's requirements.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/ GED is Required.
• An engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator’s license is required.
