• Ability to interpret maps, building plans and specifications.
• Experience interpreting and applying state and county ordinances.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technical plan checking of residential, commercial, and industrial plans for code compliance.
• Respond to inquiries from engineers, architects, designers, and the public regarding code requirements.
• Advise applicants where designs do not comply with codes and regulations.
• Coordinate plan check activities with County departments and outside agencies.
• Evaluate construction plans for permits issuance and fee collection.
