Responsibilities

Coordinate with architects, engineers, developers, contractors and inspectors.
Review site plans, issue permits and determine permit fee valuation.
Ensure licensing compliance for city and state requirements.
Serve as liaison between city officials and contractors; respond to inquiries.
Attend meetings and stay current on codes and ordinances applicable to projects.
