Job summary

Entech Civil Engineers, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager with a focus on planning and schematic development. The ideal candidate will be a Texas-licensed PE with 10+ years of planning and schematic experience, able to lead a team of E.I.T.s and licensed engineers on complex projects and corridor planning initiatives.

You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client relations while ensuring adherence to TxDOT and AASHTO standards throughout the design lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning and schematic experience
• Texas licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Experience with TxDOT proposals and coordination
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing project scope, schedule and budget

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and schematic staff.
• Direct multidisciplinary internal teams to deliver coordinated design solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedule and budget to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as primary client liaison for assigned projects.
• Oversee quality control to maintain standards and compliance with TxDOT/AASHTO.
