Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead III for Odessa, TX or Houston Energy Corridor. The role focuses on creating, controlling, and forecasting project schedules to meet baselines and WBS alignment.

The position requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, engineering schedule experience, and supervisory capability. Willingness to relocate offshore is noted in the responsibilities; travel may be involved.

Qualificações

• Lead schedule development, control and forecasting.
• Assess Contractor and company schedules for usefulness and detail.
• Ensure alignment with Current Control Estimate, WBS, and Project Plan.

Responsabilidades

• Provides overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership.
• Stewards the Contractor's project control organization with respect to schedule development, control and progress measurement.
• Advises the Contractor's organization with respect to adequacy of project controls tools, reports and schedules.
• Develop / Maintain Level 1 and Level 2 integrated project schedules.
• Reviews and endorses schedule baselines and forecasts prepared by Contractor.
• Advises Project Controls Lead and Leadership Team on schedule issues and corrective actions.
• Develops and reviews schedule corrective actions and recovery plans; ensures actions are implemented.
• Monitors and reports on schedule implications of changes.
