Job summary

Rwdy-Inc in Odessa, TX is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead III to develop, control, and forecast complex project schedules. You will assess contractor and company schedules for logic, input sources, and interfaces with the WBS and Project Plan.

You will lead the creation of Level 1 and Level 2 integrated schedules, monitor progress, and advise on corrective actions to meet baselines and external requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Experience in Project Controls, Services, and/or Planning and Scheduling.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must have ExxonMobil experience or Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) experience.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership.
• Lead contractor's schedule development and progress measurement.
• Advise on adequacy of project controls tools, reports, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain Level 1 and Level 2 integrated schedules.
• Review and endorse schedule baselines and forecasts prepared by the contractor.
• Monitor schedule implications of changes and implement corrective actions.
