Job summary

RWDY Inc. is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead III to develop, control, and forecast complex project schedules across multiple sites in Odessa, TX or Houston Energy Corridor, TX.

You will lead schedule development, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractor teams to ensure alignment with the project plan and WBS. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, strong Primavera P6 experience, and proven supervisory capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• Experience in Project Controls, Project Services, and/or Planning and Scheduling.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must have either ExxonMobil experience or Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) experience.
• Prior oil and gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise.
• Steward the contractor’s project controls organization regarding schedule development, control, and progress measurement.
• Advise the contractor’s organization on the adequacy of project controls tools, reports, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain Level 1 and Level 2 integrated project schedules.
• Review and endorse schedule baselines and forecasts prepared by the contractor.
• Advise leadership on potential schedule issues and guidance on corrective actions.
• Develop and review schedule corrective actions and recovery plans.
