Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Planner III to lead strategic and tactical planning across multiple functions, supporting Market Units. You will partner with Field Operations and senior leadership, ensuring data integrity and optimized distribution and merchandising plans.

The role covers Distribution, Vend, Merchandising, and Sales & Logistics planning, requiring 3–5 years in planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years planning responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with mathematical concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Execute core capabilities of all planning functions and deliver high performing results
• Perform regular audits and strategic analysis of data integrity, planning session quality, and process compliance
• Act as SME on end-to-end Planning systems and standardized planning processes
• Lead, implement, and execute projects that transform and improve Planning functions
• Provide effective training for Planning team members and ensure knowledge transfer
• Develop and ensure execution of action plans supporting Field Operations partnerships
• Participate in development, validation and adherence to standard processes
• Maintain data accuracy and optimal use of Planning applications
