Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with required experience per job listing.
  • Experience in project management and control accounts.
  • Experience with CAM and EVM methodologies.
  • Experience in contracts executing earned value management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with technical leadership in an IPT to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
  • Manage cross functional & horizontal execution for Training & Support Equipment development.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor project tasks and schedule, maintaining Engineering rhythm.
  • Serve as Work Package Manager for Training and Support Equipment disciplines.
  • Track budget actuals and EV performance; participate in IMS and CAM status reviews.
  • Support logistics staffing, documentation, and forecasts.
  • Align with QSST & IMS and adhere to internal processes.
