Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Engineer Planning Analyst to join our Melbourne, FL team onsite. The role focuses on coordinating with technical leadership and cross-functional IPTs to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met for Training and Support Equipment development.

The position requires CAM/EVM experience, budget tracking, and strong presentation skills to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years; PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience in project management and/or control account management.
• Experience with CAM and EVM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IPT to meet program cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Manage Training and Support Equipment development across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver presentations to customers and program stakeholders.
• Track budget actuals and IMS status, support weekly status meetings.
