Job summary

HelloFresh in Derby is seeking a data‑driven Planning Analyst to build production plans, validate racklayouts and analyse plan vs. actual performance on our UK operations.

You will partner with Operations and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, automate planning processes and ensure accurate inputs across PCS, with a strong emphasis on data quality and practical problem solving on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Analytical and data-driven with ability to turn data into operational decisions.
• Experience with SQL, Python or BI tools is advantageous.
• Ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain production plans based on forecast demand and capacity.
• Create and validate rackplans balancing demand, SKU placement and stock.
• Analyze plan vs actual performance and investigate deviations.
• Solve operational problems using data-driven approaches.
• Identify opportunities to automate planning processes and apply AI tools.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure executable plans.
• Maintain data accuracy in PCS and validate outputs before release.
