• Maintains up-to-date information for Planning & Development materials and websites.
• Assists with online permit application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Maintains knowledge of City codes, zoning and land development ordinances.
• Prepares staff reports, findings and recommendations for Planning and Zoning cases.
• Interprets zoning requirements to public and development community.
• Coordinates GIS maintenance and related planning records.
• Reviews development plans for completeness and associated fees.
