• Maintains and updates the City’s zoning, land development, and comprehensive plans.
• Prepares staff reports and presentations for Planning Commission and City Council.
• Reviews development plans and oversees permit processes and development-related regulations.
• Coordinates GIS data maintenance and planning-related records.
