Responsibilities

• Own category inventory strategy for Textile and Decor across stores.
• Translate assortment visions into forecasts, stocking strategies, and replenishment approaches.
• Define methods for hero, core, seasonal, newness, display-driven items.
• Establish criteria for buying, replenishment, allocation, substitutions, and exit decisions.
• Monitor inventory performance and lead cross-functional reviews to optimize stock.
