Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a sales analyst or planning role.
• Experience working with Walmart, Target, and Kohls system a plus.
• Ability to gather and interoperate data for various reports.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables).
• Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and creating solutions via Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist to review and analyze sales history to plan future programs, detailing total units to produce, initial set assortments, and store allocations.
• Generate/complete weekly reports in support of business objectives (Ladder plans, Sku Selling/Weekly Best sellers, Replenishment).
• Review end of season results to create reports with highlights, learning, and changes for next season.
• Manage inventory by forecasting weekly sales and create production buy to keep replenishment programs in-stock.
• Work with fast-changing, trend-driven products and basic products.
