Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college in engineering, architecture, business management, plant management, industrial technology or public administration.
• Three years of experience in staff/supervisory plant operations administration or construction planning/estimating.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work for maintenance, projects and events, and coordinate labor, scheduling, and resources.
• Prepare detailed labor, material, and contracted-service estimates.
• Coordinate event scheduling and campus support for major events (Commencement, Open House, orientations).
• Oversee 30-, 60-, 90-day schedules and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
