Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning or a related field is required.
• Minimum five years planning experience in facilities, space planning, budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Review campus master plans and assist in major revisions.
• Develop budgets and schedules for capital outlay projects.
• Coordinate with campus staff on planning activities from conception to maintenance.
• Prepare for Board of Trustees items and develop justifications for requests.
• Supervise Associate University Planners and provide guidance.
• Collaborate on systemwide priority lists for the Five-Year Plan.
