Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. in Warren, MA is seeking a Senior Planner to coordinate the Master Scheduling and SIOP processes.

You will work with supply chain, sales, quality, operations and product management to build and maintain a robust master schedule and communicate shortages in a structured 30/90/91+ framework to align demand with production and materials plans. Successful candidates will have strong MRP and ERP skills (preferably IFS ERP Apps 7+), excellent analytical abilities, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Management/Operations is required.
• 5+ years scheduling/planning ERP experience; 10 years preferred.
• Strong MRP skills and knowledge of ERP systems (IFS ERP Apps 7+).
• Proven ability to forecast, manage shortages, and balance capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate forecast and master schedule within capacity constraints.
• Review and communicate shortages to meet targets and deadlines.
• Drive schedule updates with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales.
• Manage OEM pump/valve and aftermarket parts sequencing.
• Lead 30/90/91+ planning horizons with cross-function teams.
• Utilize ERP tools to manage material flow and prioritization.
• Identify project dependencies and critical paths.
