Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban/Regional Planning, Natural Resources, Community Planning, or closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the above fields.
- Equivalent education/training that provides necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Administer land use and subdivision review under Chapter 21.
- Coordinate urban service area wastewater planning, sewer extensions.
- Assist with comprehensive plans and related updates.
- Support MS4 permit compliance and water quality programs.
- Liaise with county departments, towns, and public offices.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
