Qualifications

• 5–7 years of agency experience, with ≥3 years in Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Curiosity about human behavior and interest in health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Identify target attitudes, beliefs, and behavior.
• Mine insights and leverage market research.
• Lead market research to uncover learnings and insights across methodologies.
• Develop storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Coordinate planning with Engagement, Media, and Social across projects.
• Lead planning-focused projects including audience narratives, journeys, and positioning.
• Lead workshops on insights, positioning, and messaging.
• Author and guide creative briefs and briefs for teams.
• Evaluate creative output against the target audience.
• Provide professional guidance to Planners and Associate Planners.
