• Coordinate with regions, field and dealers to execute sales initiatives and tactics to achieve mechanical sales and profit objectives.
• Develop, analyze and implement stock, marketing and training programs for wholesale distributors and dealers.
• Maintain KPIs, action plans, and performance tracking reports to guide regional dealer support activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and SCM teams to drive growth and support in-market dealer performance.
