Qualifications
- 5+ years of CAD design experience in mechanical systems.
- Proven gear design expertise and planetary actuators.
- Experience with multiple actuator types; electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic.
- Strong ability to simulate and analyze designs with FEA.
- Excellent teamwork and clear technical communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop planetary gear actuators for humanoid robotics.
- Produce detailed 3D models and production-ready designs using CAD tools.
- Optimize actuator performance and mechanical efficiency.
- Run simulations and FEA to validate designs.
