Job summary

Qualifications

• Defined Contribution retirement plan experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and regulatory issues.
• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize the Pre-Approved Adoption Agreement and Service Agreement.
• Analyze plan documents for compatibility with Fidelity's Pre-Approved Plan Document.
• Communicate project progress and issues with partners and clients.
• Negotiate contract language and service exceptions.
• Sign documents on behalf of FMTC and Fidelity Workplace Services.
• Participate in process improvement and companywide initiatives.
