You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors, guiding complex residential, commercial, and industrial projects while contributing to a safe built environment and public service goals.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from accredited four-year college with civil/structural emphasis.
• 4+ years of professional plan checking experience.
• Knowledge of California building codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plan checking staff and coordinate team objectives.
• Review complex plans to ensure compliance with codes.
• Consult with architects, engineers, and inspectors.
